These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YunaKuma application ("the app", "the service"). By installing or using YunaKuma, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
YunaKuma is intended for general audiences aged 13 and over. By using the app you confirm you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, please do not install or use YunaKuma without a parent or guardian's involvement; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your account
- YunaKuma does not require an email or phone number to sign up. You are identified by a randomly generated user ID, a self-chosen display name, and a recovery code that only you have.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your recovery code safe. If you lose it, we cannot recover your account; your messages and contacts may become permanently inaccessible.
- You agree not to share your recovery code with others; doing so allows them to impersonate you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use YunaKuma to:
- Send threats, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, or content that sexualizes minors
- Solicit or share personal information of others without consent
- Distribute spam, scams, phishing attempts, malware, or unsolicited commercial content
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Circumvent our safety features (block, report, profanity filter)
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without notice.
Content
- You retain ownership of the content you send. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and transmit your content for the sole purpose of delivering the service.
- By default, all messages are automatically deleted 30 days after they are sent.
- Stickers and other in-app assets are owned by us and licensed only for in-app use.
Reporting and moderation
- You can report inappropriate content by long-pressing a message → "Tell Kuma".
- We may review reports and take action including warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination.
- We are not obligated to monitor all content but we may do so.
Service availability
- YunaKuma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that messages will always be delivered instantly, or that the service will be free of defects.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [YOUR LEGAL NAME / COMPANY NAME] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of YunaKuma. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which, for our free tier, is zero).
Termination
You may stop using YunaKuma at any time. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Me → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of YunaKuma is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced in-app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION] without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
